Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply request one online by going to the confirmation email and click on the "view order" button.  If you did not provide an email, give us a call.  We need your email to send tracking information and this link.

This will take you to your account page.  At the top right, click the green "request return" letters.  This will initiate the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including final sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Holiday items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return 7 days before or after the holiday has passed. If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us—we’re here to help.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  If you are near a store we can process your exchange in store as well.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Store Credits do not expire.

Shoe Returns/Refunds 

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible and allow our customers to return their shoes within 14 days of delivery  through our returns portal

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

  • Shoes scuff easily on hard surfaces, so please try them on carpet to maintain their condition. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original shoe box, which must also be  undamaged. Please package the shoebox within a cardboard box for shipping.

  • All returns/exchanges must be processed through our returns portal
  • Your return request will be reviewed within 1 business day and you will receive a pre-paid label in your email.
  • Return labels expire in 7 days

REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed in 2-5 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. 
  • Refunds to your original payment method may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

  • A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Oasis Society:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • A $10 label fee and a $10 restocking fee (total $20) will be deducted from your refund for each return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Please note, duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • At this time we are unable to offer international exchanges
  • Returns for store credit or to original payment method are subject to a $20 USD restocking/shipping fee
