- Standard US shipping based on weight or FREE on orders over $100!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
- FREE local pickup is available in Tomball (Choose option at checkout.)

We here at Adelyne’s hope that you find your purchases to be exactly what you wanted and that everything fits great! But if something doesn’t work out, we are here to help!
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Please include the original receipt.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes)
- Sale/clearance items, Intimates and Gift Cards are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Restocking fee applicable on free shipping orders. ($3 - $25 depending on original purchase price)
