We will gladly ship your goods or have them ready for pickup.
- Standard US shipping based on weight or FREE on orders over $100!
- If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24-48 hours of when payment is received.
- FREE local pickup is available in Tomball (Choose option at checkout.)

We here at Adelyne’s hope that you find your purchases to be exactly what you wanted and that everything fits great! But if something doesn’t work out, we are here to help!
Return Eligibility Requirements
We welcome qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 14 days from date of purchase:
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition not having odor from smoke, perfume, body or pet odor and be free of stains, animal hair and be damage free.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.
- Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
- Any items discounted at time of sale (Clearance items (SALE SECTION included) are amazing deals on items we are clearing out to make room for NEW goodies!
- Gift cards
If order was SHIPPED FREE (over $100 value), a restocking fee for shipping and insurance fees will be deducted from the total refund.
How To Make A Return
Return for an exchange or Store Credit:
- Exchanges can be made for in stock items only.
- Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will only be in the form of store credit, store credit never expires!
- Please note that all purchases made using Sezzle at checkout, will be returned for Store Credit Only.
When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our store!
- Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return.
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).
- If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
- Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 14 days of order) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
We do not offer order cancellations. Please make sure you have the correct size, items, coupons, and shipping information before you complete your order.
In store Returns:
In store returns and exchanges are allowed for online orders, if the above criteria is met, without contacting us via email first.
Please claim your giveaway within a timely manner. Give away items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are picked for a give away and are international, prizes must be forfeited as we do not ship internationally.
