  1. Standard US shipping based on weight or FREE on orders over $125!
  2. If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24-48 hours of when payment is received.
  3. FREE local pickup is available in Tomball (Choose option at checkout.)

We here at Adelyne’s hope that you find your purchases to be exactly what you wanted and that everything fits great! But if something doesn’t work out, we are here to help!

Return for an exchange or Store Credit

  • Exchanges can be made for in stock items only.
  • Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For returns made in the form of store credit, store credit never expires!
  • In store returns and exchanges are allowed for online orders, if the above criteria is met, without contacting us via email first.  Please let us know if you placed an online order.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUND OR CREDIT. IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING ON SALE - IT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get new items every week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

How do I initiate a return?

1. Request a return online

2. Once the return is accepted, we will email you a shipping label.

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our store!
  • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

Or email info@shopadelynes.com with your first/last name, order number and which item you'd like to return to start a return. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns are accepted for 14 days after receipt of your package. So if something does not work for you, no problem, just send it back as soon as you can. 

All Sale Items are Final Sale.

Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.

How will I receive my store credit?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • If an item is on sale - it cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale. 
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Flash Sale.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
  • We do not offer exchanges online, as our items sell out very quickly. When you receive your Store Credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Store Credits do not expire.

Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

  • Any items discounted at time of sale (Clearance or sale items)
  • Amazing deals on items we are clearing out to make room for NEW goodies!
  • Seasonal Items that are no longer in season
  • Intimates
  • Gift cards

Restock Fees:

If order was SHIPPED FREE (over $125 value), a restocking fee for shipping and insurance fees will be deducted from the total refund.

  1. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return.
  2. Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).
  3. If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
  4. Ineligible returns (including returns that are postmarked after 14 days of order) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

Order Cancellations:

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED! Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Order processing is 1-3 business days. Order changes can not be made. Your Order will appear unfulfilled until it ships.

Promotion codes are only available for Website Orders and are NOT valid in store! You can only use ONE promotion code per order! We are NOT responsible if the code is not entered at checkout as the code is a gift and payment is processed automatically.

When using a Gift Card and a Promotion Code, you must enter the Gift Card Code First, then enter the Promotion Code.

Giveaway Winners:

Please claim your giveaway within a timely manner. Give away items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are picked for a give away and are international, prizes must be forfeited as we do not ship internationally.
