The Rat King Dangle Leg Towel is a white cotton kitchen towel scripted with "'twas the night before Christmas", appliquéd with a green nutcracker and the Rat King — both with fabric legs that hang loose off the bottom edge of the towel.
Why You'll Love It
- The legs actually dangle — they're stitched at the hip and swing free, which is why this towel gets picked up off the shelf
- Two characters, not one: the Nutcracker and his opponent the Rat King, facing off across the towel
- Appliquéd and embroidered rather than printed, so it survives washing
- Script lettering that reads as decoration rather than a slogan
- A ballet reference that lands with the Nutcracker crowd, who buy hard in December

Hang It Where It Can Move
A dangle-leg towel is designed to be hung over an oven door handle, where the legs swing when someone walks past. Folded flat on a shelf it loses the entire point — so hang one on a display hook and let it do what it does.
It pairs with the Sugar Plum Fairies Dangle Leg Towel, and sits with the Nutcracker Scallop Trinket Tray, the Nutcracker Plush Bestie and the Plush Nutcracker Book as part of a Nutcracker display.
