How To Use

Note: There's an 'adaption period' when using retinol. Please use immediately after purchase and store upright in refrigerator (3-10℃) once opened. Do not pair with any scrub, peeling or exfoliating product as it can irritate the skin.


After using essence or serum, pat a small amount using your ring finger. Apply evenly over the face, neck, and onto parts with wrinkle concerns. Limit initial use to three times per week; gradually increase frequency to every other night, use as tolerated.


If you have sensitive skin or if you are new to vitamin A products, we recommend adjusting the amount or frequency. When using this product for the first time, apply a small amount to your skin, and monitor for any reactions. Slowly increase the amount used until you find the appropriate balance for your skin.


For external use only. Always patch test. Use only as directed. Do not use on broken skin. Avoid use when pregnant or lactating. Avoid using immediately after exfoliating. Avoid use together with vitamin C or acid products. If skin irritation occurs while using this products, reduce the amount or frequency of use and discontinue use if irritation persists. Follow additional instructions on packaging. It is recommended that prior to exposure to the sun, users cover areas where retinoids have been applied with sunscreen. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration. Individual results may vary.

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged!
  • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.

  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Store Credits do not expire.
